Whilst skyping cousin Fluffy the other day about Frank, I happened to mention about my favourite dog treat of dried venison.  I wasn’t entirely sure what one is but it is very tasty.  Fluffy said it was a deer and they have loads of them on the ranch.  The discussion left me thinking about some other words bandied about that I needed to research as I’d never seen the animal involved.

A check of woofapedia shows that both angora and cashmere come from goats, which leaves me wondering why they don’t breed an angora goat with a cashmere goat and end up with a halfy-halfy, after all they can do it with pizza.  Would you call it an angmere or a cashmora?  Any ideas? And acrylic which I assumed was breed to have a hard wearing and washable coat in a large number of colours, is not an animal at all, fancy that!
