One of Harriers coats has velcro side straps.  Aunty Biscuit was tasked with putting it on him.  Suffice to say it did not go entirely to plan and she ended up with her jumper velcroed to him, much to her amusement and his puzzlement.  Rest assured she is perfectly capable of attaching it to non moving targets without any problems.  It is a very useful product for fastening anything from dolls clothes to dog beds.
