Sticky notes

Jun 25 2015

Mum and Aunty Biscuit were doing some forthcoming project of the month planning which involved a board, some paper and some sticky notes as well as me and Harrier keeping an eye on things .  It was going quite well I believe with discussions of spooks v spiders and polar bears v penguins until an unforeseen small beige dog trotted past the window.  Mum and Aunty Biscuit are now picking up a board and paper and retrieving sticky notes from the carpets and off the dogs.  We have learnt a new rude word but are clearly to young to be allowed to use it.  Sticky notes are one of those small items that are apparently a marvellous invention, they are handy for marking things on knitting patterns as they can be easily moved around.  Mum often uses them as prompts to remember to buy things usually for us, however the Collie goes one better and just eats them if she gets the chance.  Aunty Biscuit says she sometimes uses sticky notes when rubber stamping, although I’m not sure what she does with them, as she didn’t elaborate.

lesley Taylor  Stamp the image onto a sticky note, making sure that part of it has the sticky part on the back. Cut the image out. Stamp the image on your project. Cover the stamped project image with the cutout image hence that image will then appear as the top one (when the sticky one is removed) as any further images will part stamp on the cutout. This is good for making groups things like trees or penguins,
