Mum is working late tonight so Aunty Biscuit is minding us.  From a catering point of view this is good as she panders slightly to our whims within the confines of our dietary requirements.  It does however provide an excuse to play the lap and sofa placement game.  The idea of the lap game is that you climb onto her lap and displace the dog already on it.  This alternates between us until one gets fed up and stares out of the window until something worth woofing at goes past, then scamper outside as the other follows.  The game then begins again.  The sofa game is similar except it involves lying in the donut dog bed next to her, putting your head on her leg and demand blankies, tummy rubs etc.  until the other dog displaces you.  The real object is for the attention although she does tease us that we are deliberately sabotaging progress of her dragons tail knitting.  As if such a thing would even cross our minds….
