Whilst on her routine trip to Northallerton this morning Aunty Biscuit called in for the first time to a recently opened café/pot painting establishment.   Sadly she didn’t have enough parking time to paint anything but did enjoy her cup of tea.  As she has previously done pottery painting on holiday in somewhere called Jersey and sometimes paints plant pots and plant sticks, I‘m keeping my paws crossed that either I will be the proud recipient of a personalised doggy bowl or be asked to model as a design for a mug.  

These types of place can be good as they give people a taster of relaxing hobbies without having to lay out a lot of pennies that could be better used for buying dog treats or dog coats.  They also do things like casts or paint handprints of children which is good, I wonder if they do paw or nose casts of dogs?  I have absolutely no doubt that Aunty Biscuit will go and create something and wonder whether she will take mum along.
