I can't believe that I haven't had my paws on a computer to report on things for over a month! This year is flying in a haze supervising of fence treating and assorted repairs.  Mum has been spending a great deal of time on a roof with what looks like giant rolls of cellotape and a hairdryer.  Harrier says it is flashing tape for mending the roof.  Aunty Biscuit is in charge of holding ladders, passing things up and being present in case anything goes wrong.  Our role is to sit on Aunty Biscuits lap to ensure she doesn't wander off when she is supposed to be keeping watch.  We have some new additions to the establishment in the form of four chickens, needless to say the canine members of the family are not allowed near them,

On the crafting front, the back of Mums jumper is knitted and we are up to the shaping on the front.  It is looking rather pretty.  Aunty Biscuit meanwhile is still on dog blanket duty as well as still working on a latch hook rug.  We have one final batch of damson jelly to make and goodness knows how many apples to deal with.  October is shaping up to be very busy as well.
