A Scottish sojourn

Jun 22 2017

Work has commenced on an attempt at a child sized pig hat.  I was wrong in my assumption that Mum would cop for the rib.  Granny Biscuit was "persuaded" to knit it whilst on holiday in Scotland,  It would appear that they had a good time.  There wasn't a present brought back for us but they brought Mum a present of some fabric, one piece had dogs on and the other tractors.  One of the places they visited was Rosslyn chapel.  I'm wondering whether this will inspire any projects as it does look as if there is a lot of elaborate carvings in it.  One of the features are some blocks which "may symbolise notes or be code".  Looking at the picture in the brochure I think I could achieve a similar look for my play area by coating a childs building block in plasticine and sticking my claws in here and there.  Aunty Biscuit disagrees and says that stone masonry is a very skilled and time consuming job and that these places take a lot of years to build. Hmmm I remain unconvinced on this.
