Baler twine and spring

Feb 23 2017

A mixture of things have prevented me from doing my doggie diary for a few days so there seems a lot to catch up on but not enough time to do so.  I spent a lot of time outside at the weekend supervising Mum with several outside jobs, some of which Aunty Biscuit turned up to help with although neither of them helped me check out the wood pile -so much for inter species co-operation.  She was at one point teasing Mum about colour co-ordinating baler twine to temporarily tie a piece of wood up.  This did set me thinking, perhaps some of it could be knitted or crocheted to make a wellie mat.  Much as I appreciate that it may take a large size of needle I may suggest it as a possible project.  I was enjoying the springlike conditions and signs then such as snowdrops and catkins and now we seem to be back to winter with wintery showers forecast, good job I have only just started moulting.
